Service Description
According to DIN EN 14153-1 / ISO 24801-1 (Supervised Diver), the Basic Diver course qualifies participants to dive under the supervision of a highly experienced diver (e.g., a BARAKUDA Dive Leader). This basic course, along with the first two open water dives, provides a solid foundation for the Open Water Diver course. In the pool or confined water, participants practice diving techniques, basic skills, and buoyancy control. This is followed by two open water dives to a maximum depth of 10 meters in shallow water. Prerequisites: Minimum age: 14 years Valid medical certificate of fitness to dive Ability to swim for 10 minutes without buoyancy aids Equivalent to PADI Scuba Diver
