AllgemeinesDie Instruktorprüfung besteht aus zwei Teilen, dem dezentralen Vorbereitungskurs durch einen Instructor Trainer und einer zentralen Instruktor-Qualifikation. Grund für die zentralisierte Prüfung ist der Wunsch nach einer standardisierten und verbesserten Qualitätssicherung. Erfahrungsgemäß sinkt die Objektivität, wenn Ausbilder und Prüfer in einer Person sind, daher wird die Prüfung von fremden Examinern und Course Instructors vorgenommen.Instruktor-VorbereitungskursDie Vorbereitung wird von einem Instructor Trainer nach entsprechender Anmeldung bei BARAKUDA selbstständig und dezentral durchgeführt und beinhaltet auch alle theoretischen Prüfungen. Den genauen Zeitrahmen bestimmt der Instructor Trainer in Abstimmung mit den Instruktor-Kandidaten, die Vorbereitung muss allerdings innerhalb von 6 Monaten abgeschlossen sein.Instruktor-QualifikationMehrmals jährlich findet eine zentrale Instruktor-Qualifikation statt wo Examiner und Mitglieder aus dem BARAKUDA Lehrteam (Course Instructors, CI) die Instruktor-Kandidaten prüfen.
